Flexographic and digital printing
The printing department is equipped with gearless flexographic technology of up to 8 colors—ideal for medium and small-to-medium runs with high-quality standards.
Each press features automatic register control and 100% vision inspection systems to ensure color consistency and repeatability across every batch.
For all your needs in customization, speed, or variable graphics, digital printing is the perfect choice: flexible, clean, with no need for printing plates and minimal production impact.

Prepress
ACM’s prepress department is designed to ensure maximum control, fast turnaround, and consistent quality for every project.
We manage the entire prepress workflow in-house, from file checking to plate creation, using a fully digital, automated, and integrated system. We use Esko digital imaging systems and Asahi water-based polymers, processed with fully water-based washing technologies, a choice that combines environmental responsibility with technical precision.
Each printing plate is custom-made, with tailored linear curves based on the press, ink, and substrate. The result: accurate color rendering, total dot control, and a cleaner print across the entire production chain.

Slitting
Maximum precision in the service of efficiency: in ACM’s slitting department, every reel is finished using automatic and semi-automatic machines capable of guaranteeing ultra-tight tolerances and fully customized formats.
Our line configuration is optimized for both micro-lots and continuous production, always ensuring perfect material tension and consistent output. Every stage is monitored by skilled operators and visual inspection systems, delivering results that precisely meet your specifications.
Solvent-Free Lamination
The lamination phase is crucial in defining the mechanical properties, protective barriers, and overall integrity of the packaging.
At ACM, we use solvent-free lamination technologies, carefully selected based on material type, end use, and regulatory requirements.
We currently operate 6 lamination machines, including one equipped with a flexo and rotogravure coating module.
This flexibility allows us to produce high-performance multilayer structures that are food-contact compliant, puncture-resistant, and offer excellent sealing properties. Attention to detail, combined with continuous in-line quality checks, ensures long-term stability, precision, and consistently high results.
